Well, after my last post training hit a few KINKS in the road :)
The last few weeks have consisted of a few highs and lows! But hey, that's running!
I ended up with a few issues with my neck, shoulder and possibly gallbladder so have been working on all of them and missed quite a few workouts! (And yes, life got in the way a few times too :)) #keepingitreal
But...the most important thing is that I am on the mend and working my way back.
Some of the positive things that happened was that I got in a 10 miler which went GREAT!!! I've actually gotten in two now, so that makes me feel much better!!
